Menu Ideas: Prepare your favorite vegetables in large cuts according to how you will cook them. We like to dry fire our vegetables in a cast iron skillet or on our Blackstone Flat. No oil involved just make sure the vessel is very, very hot. Sear vegetables until they start getting some color on them and they still have a crunch to them. Finish with 1 or 2 or all of the seasonings and finish off with some Grapeseed or your favorite oil.
